The Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot is a competition for law students to foster the study and practice of international commercial sales law and arbitration, involving more than 1200 arbitrators and 2500 law students from more than 80 countries.

casepal helps to prepare for oral rounds of Vis Moot by assisting in deeper research and understanding of the relevant authorities and case law. It is much easier to get the full grasp of all the legal sources used and to see them in the broader context, not just a narrow topic which was used to substantiate the argument.

Ukrainian Catholic University Vis Moot Team together with their coaches have implemented casepal in their preparation for the oral rounds of competition, by that by that significantly enhancing their research capabilities and argument development. The team utilized casepal to analyze complex provisions of the CISG and relevant case law, allowing them to quickly identify key legal principles and precedents relevant to the moot problem.
