We introduced the SharePoint Integration, enabling law firms and enterprises to synchronize their internal knowledge from the most popular data management platform from Microsoft with the Library. Leveraging firm insights seamlessly and securely across the casepal suite of tools.

Unlike standard Library documents, SharePoint connection offers granular permission control within your legal team: when an associate connects SharePoint to their library, the system maintains access boundaries, ensuring partners and team members only view SharePoint files through the already established company-specific permissions.
With your SharePoint synced, Library search enables you to quickly retrieve key internal information and leverage firm-specific insights efficiently, effectively, and securely.
Collaborate with your refined Assistant
In May, we introduced a new refined Assistant Interface and released quick actions.
More intuitive interface
This month was significant for Assistant, we increased performance by refining our system infrastructure and optimally orchestrating our large-language-model foundations.
We redefined Assistant’s interface, making casepal more intuitive and more enjoyable to use.

More effective prompts and collaboration
Finally, we introduced Quick Actions — a series of high-performing prompts specifically tailored for legal and professional tasks.
These prompts are organized under five intuitive categories: review, extract, analyze, draft, and prepare. Additionally, we included a custom task category that provides a structured template based on evaluated best practices for creating new prompts.

Quick Actions not only help you understand what you can accomplish with the Assistant, but also guide you in writing more effective instructions for your specific needs.
